The role:
You will assist the Customer Service and Finance Departments on their day to day activities and take the lead on:
- Creating and sending new membership cards to customers
- Drafting and sending welcome letters
- Reply to all written customers queries
- Assisting on administration for Finance Department (reception of the daily post, classification and codification of invoices, supplier’s queries, storage, and orders for the office…)
- Assisting with any other tasks requested by those departmentS

Qualifications

The chosen candidate will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally a previous office environment experience
- Literacy and numeracy skills are essential
- The ability to listen and empathize with staff and customers
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, detail oriented, work independently and a self-starter
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent team working skills and flexibility in approach to work
- IT literate
