Description

• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• Take notes during meetings;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding;
• Carrying out research and presenting findings;
• Organising and attending meetings and understanding the context of these meetings to take appropriate actions accordingly,
• Proactively networking to source investment and development opportunities;
• Taking initiative to connect with the right service providers and build relationships within the sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• University degree level. Additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
