Position: Affiliate Marketing Grad / Exec
Status: Full time employee working 9.30-6pm daily
Location: Covent Garden, Central London
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Director
Salary: £18k min depends on level of experience. Plus company bonus and salary review after one year, with personal bonus set (as well as company bonus)

Experience: Grad with slant to understanding the affiliate marketplace, up to one year’s experience with online affiliates.

Career expectation: someone who has an interest in digital sales and growing their own contacts through a variety of online partnerships - from affiliates, sponsorship deals to corporate opportunities on a global scale.

Job Description Overview
We are a small and dynamic team with a digital start-up feel, but with a solid 10 years of operation. We are looking to disrupt the online lottery space globally, and are seeking a similar, like-minded graduate who is excited about all things digital.

You are a self-starter and will be comfortable carrying out routine tasks individually and as part of the wider Sales & Marketing team and have a drive to learn, within this fast paced environment where new technologies need to be quickly understood and be adopted.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with direct partners and affiliate network advertisers.
- Set up of new affiliates & campaigns, and testing to ensure relevant tracking is in place
- Running campaigns concurrently, often with tight deadlines
- Monitoring conversions, and helping to come up with solutions to improve conversion
- Source new affiliate opportunities and partners to ensure channel growth.
- Aptitude to write sales proposals and manage a sales pipeline
- Assist with weekly progress reports for all affiliate partners.
- Assist in managing the affiliate budget / invoicing

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
- Knowledge / interest in affiliates and how they work, within the wider context of digital sales generally
- Interest in learning digital marketing skills via platforms such as Google Analytics, Affiliate networks, and our own platforms where you will set up your own offers and promotions.
- Working with a myriad of platforms will need a person with a good technical aptitude
- Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Strong Excel and numerical skills.
- Proactive problem solver - quick to spot and rectify issues.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Educated to a degree level, with fluency in written and verbal English
