Duration: between 6 and 8 weeks

Salary (Freelance): £255.00 per week

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm including a 1 hour lunch break

Working closely with: Head of Programmes and Research

Summary:

To identify, summarise and recommend key research in the field of Diversity and Inclusion with particular emphasis on gender, LGBT+ and race equality.

Key areas of responsibilities include:

- Creating and maintaining research databases
- Conduct desk research on equality, diversity and inclusion
- Trend analysis using MS Excel or other appropriate software
- Creating tables and charts for export to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- General administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing and collating documents

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

- MS office skills and strong data management and reporting skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well as member of a team, as well as independently when needed
- Ability to work on own initiative and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work to a deadline
- Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills and experience

- Knowledge and/or keen interest of the Diversity and Inclusion space
- Keen interest in research
