We work on architectural and design projects from residential refurbishments to commercial and mixed-use developments.

Tasks.

Maintain social media presence for hotel on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin at minimum; other social platforms like Snapchat possible due to the tech-driven location and guest profile

Utilize cutting edge social trends to market the hotel, i.e. Facebook Live, 360 Images, etc.; stay on top of trends and changes in social media marketing to keep the hotel’s profiles relevant and on-trend

Assemble monthly reporting of social media activity

Assist the Marketing department with developing concepts for and design assigned hotel collateral materials, including direct mail, ads, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers, coupons, signs, etc. as needed

Manage website vendor under direction of Director of Sales and Marketing Team. Contribute in keyword strategy, content strategy analysis of reporting

Coordinate photo and video shoots within budget and on brand

Coordinate e-Newsletter, including design and distribution for the office. Coordinate brand-driven e-blasts during need periods.

Qualifications

-Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones
-Impeccable spelling and grammar
-A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
-Great research, organizational, and learning skills
-High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
-Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
-Some experience with online marketing and lead generation
-An understanding of formatting articles on the web
