Description Formed on 19th January 2009, when Lloyds TSB acquired HBOS Plc, we are the UK’s largest retail bank. Graduate leadership programmes We offer graduate leadership programmes in five different areas: - Business Technology - Corporate Markets - Finance - General Management - HR Our programmes are designed to give people the training, knowledge and skills they need to become the future leaders of Lloyds Banking Group. All of them last at least two years, and involve moving through a series of placements gaining broad exposure to the business.
