In a nutshell? We aim to make people healthier and happier! We are here to help the older population face the physiological changes that come with ageing. We do this by running fun and effective group fitness sessions for anyone over the age of 50. Our classes are in the fresh air, helping improve the mood, mobility and the overall health of everyone who joins us. Our bodies change with time, which is why our physical activity habits require adjustments already in the early 50s (but it is never too late to start!). Our classes are specifically designed to slow the onset of aging-related conditions like osteoporosis, arthritis and many others.
