Emma Goldie is a Spiritual Mentor, Thought Leader and Soul Advocate. After three decades in the personal development and wellbeing field Emma decided to bridge a gap between productivity and spirituality: for those whose big impact dreams are hijacked by their very own sensitivity. Emma believes that life is too short to linger on the past, but the crazy thing is, that most of us have thought and behavioural loop patterns that put so many limitations on our moving forward, evolving and reaching a state of SUPERFLOW! As a passionate philanthropist and entrepreneur, Emma was running intensive retreats for ten years, before she developed her own Methodology Polarity Navigation to disrupt the therapy and well-being industry. When she’s not helping leaders to navigate complex change you can find her feeding the homeless or writing poetry and songs in her Zen Garden.
