We are looking for an office and retail manager who has had experience in start-ups and small businesses to help the business run smoothly and more efficiently.
As an office and retail manager, you're responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office and shop. This includes the organising of people, information and other resources. You must make sure that office equipment and stock is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administrative processes work effectively.
Reporting back to the director is also important in the role and we are looking for someone experienced in excel and data analysis using platforms Vend, Xero or similar tools.
Having a specialised skills in one or more in the areas of sales, marketing, public relations and finance would be an advantage.

We are looking for the right person for the job, who fits in the team and will be part of Ismad London.

There is opportunity for a full time position.

• Stock Control – ensure that all items instore and at HQ are counted once per month to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload and cover if need be.
• Record office expenditure and manage the budget.
• Experience in business brand, brand development.
• Ensure that staff are kept up to date and set new goals and jobs.
