Description

UBL UK is looking for a graduate or school leaver to joiner our processing team in Birmingham. The role is offering a salary up to £17,000.

Main Responsibilities:

•Processing inward/outward clearing on daily basis.
•Processing/inputting branch payments.
•Dealing with Nat West Payment and cash receipts.
•Dealing with Netremittance. Investigating, processing, authoring and clearing all net remittance payments after receiving appropriate information from customers.
•Dealing with remittance queries with Pakistani banks and resolving them up to customer expectations.
•Taking incoming calls queries from online payments as well as branch remittance queries general transactions.
•Compiling data and reports from the customer database
•Provide first rate customer service (internally and externally)
•Support the teams as and when needed
•Carry out general administration tasks
•Process Plan B cheques and incoming payments.
•Ensuring that treating customer fairly (TCF) principles are adhered to at all times.
•Compliance monitoring on a daily basis, ensuring that Watch List items are reviewed, investigated and where relevant released in a timely manner
