Description

iMakr is a global retailer of 3D printing technology, including 3D printers, scanners and printer consumables. Now in its 5th year, the company operates a multi-market e-commerce website and flagship stores in London and New York.

We're now seeking a hard working all-rounder to learn and contribute to our customer service and logistics functions. You will learn by doing and have the opportunity to make a real impact on our fast growing business. Your duties will include:

-managing customer relationships
-optimising the customer experience in all orders
-ensuring accuracy of customer details
-coordinating product stock levels and movement
-ensuring website accuracy and updating website
-despatching customer orders

The role is highly visible in the business and represents a good opportunity to advance your career. Previous experience with 3D printing is a plus, but not a requirement. A permanent position is possible if you can prove your worth.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

-University Student or Graduate
-Ability to multi task, to prioritise and to see projects to completion
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience with 3D design or printing would be a plus
