Description

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is one of the greatest challenges of an internet based business. We're now seeking a hard working young professional with the ability to enhance our global reputation through skilled handling of customers.

iMakr is a global retailer of 3D printing technology, including 3D printers, scanners and printer consumables. Now in its 6th year, the company operates a global e-commerce website and flagship stores in London and New York.

You'll have the opportunity to interact with customers by phone, email and during in store events. You'll help maintain website accuracy and may even develop the website. We expect you to learn by doing and to make a real impact on our fast growing business. Your duties will include:

-managing customer relationships
-optimising the customer experience in all orders
-working to enhance the company image on review sites
-ensuring website accuracy and updating website
-interacting with customers during 3D printing events
-coordinating product stock levels and movement

This is an important role in the business and represents a good opportunity to advance your career. We don't expect you to know much about 3D printing, but some knowlege wouldn't hurt! A permanent position is possible if you can prove your worth.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

-University student or graduate
-Ability to multi task, to prioritise and to see projects to completion
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-A second language would be helpful
-Experience with 3D design or printing would also be a plus
