Description

At the heart of Covent Garden in London, Angsana operates as a New Business Development Agency for over 10 years. We help companies to clearly define their new business proposition and proactively seek new opportunities through targeted lead generation and client relationship management.

Using outbound marketing and telemarketing techniques, we boost sales by getting our clients in front of the right people within qualified prospect companies.

During your internship, you will join a research team in charge of the sourcing and maintenance of our data. You will be working closely with a team of sales professionals in an open space

Qualifications

We are looking for students with a marketing or business development background and a good level of English.

Missions:

Task A - Sourcing of decision makers and budget holders for our portfolio of clients (External Business Development) and for Angsana (Internal Business Development).

The market research covers more than 20 countries in the world across different sectors (FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, IT, Packaging Agencies, Brand Design Agencies...)
A bespoke Target List will allow the sales team to create a relevant pipeline for each account.

Task B - Maintenance of our CRM system.

The sales team needs to work with an updated CRM system in order to use the lists compiled by the research team.

The intern will learn how to use the CRM system Salesforce in order to insert data after each market research with the help of our internal template.

Task C - Create a company profile for the Internal Business Development Directors and Managing Director before every new business meeting. This company Profile will include a full description of our prospects but also a relevant list of new appointments to leverage the capabilities of the research team.

This document will allow the Managing Director to understand very well our potential prospects and will help us improve our customer acquisition.

Task D - Management of the office stock, expenses and credit card summary.

The update of the stock will allow everybody at Angsana to get an access to all the supplies needed for our business. By updating the expenses and credit card summary, the intern will also support our Managing Director and Accountant.
