The ideal candidates will be joining an ever growing Outsourcing Practice and must be proactive and looking for career growth opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in one of our main projects with a major UK retailer

Qualifications

Candidate profile

·Between 1 or 2 years of experience

·Excellent troubleshooting

·Natural problem-solver and have a high attention to detail

·Team player and you will look to help your colleagues whenever possible

·Can effectively prioritize and manage your time

·Strong commitment with objective based results

·Good reporting level to operative management

·Experience with:

·1st and 2nd line support

·Day to day helpdesk support for all internal users

·MS office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Skype for business)

·Windows 10 and Windows 7

·iOS Mobile devices

·VPN Client

·Windows environment (basic networking knowledge, user computer/peripherals installation and configuration)

·Laptop Hardware skills (e.g. change memories)

·VoIP - Cisco Phone Manager (platform to manage desk phones)

·Enterprise infrastructure environment (overview) [e.g. what is the Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPO), Virtual Private Network (VPN), etc]
