Description

We are looking for an Operations Intern with an immediate start to assist us with our daily operations needs. If you are currently studying at a university / require real life work experience to kick start your career, get in touch. Our internship programme aims to get you ready with the basic tools you'd need.

You will be a key member of the Operations team - assisting with the day to day logistics that keep the business running. Includes (but not limited to): managing logistics of reservations once bookings are confirmed, on boarding new clients/properties, management of our team of check-in staff and cleaners, getting properties guest-ready, property maintenance, running around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations manager. You will be working both collaboratively and independently. A positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. In addition to this, you will assist our Head of Pricing, in Bulgaria, with day-to-day pricing tasks and devise your own systems and processes for improving this process, paying particular attention to how we can optimise our visibility and pricing to attract a higher volume of guests.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

Managing the ground operations with a proactive and accountable attitude
You will be the “fixer” - if something needs doing, you’ll be the first to step up
Assisting the Ops Manager with management and record-keeping of hundreds of keys
Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service

Assisting the Ops Manager with general administrative tasks and office management
You will work on various strategy projects e.g. implementing new processes and formalising them into standard operating procedures

Assisting the Pricing Manager with day-to-day pricing tasks

This is a paid internship, we offer £500 a month remuneration and an annual pass oyster card to use within working hours. We also accept candidates currently seeking an internship programme through their college or university as part of their module.
