Description

Digital Marketing Intern required for a small consulting and training organisation based in Surrey.

Role: Marketing Intern
Location: Weybrige, some UK travel.
Pay: £minimum wage
Skills: Marketing strategy, Managing focus groups, communication planning, Copywriting, SEO, Adwords, Linkedin and Facebook ads. Social media management, Email marketing campaigns, Funnel and Landing page design. Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

To qualify for this role, the Digital Marketing Intern will be able to demonstrate in an interview how they would achieve the following successful outcomes, or have the commensurate experience in similar roles previously, such as:

• Identify the needs of target audiences, relate the benefits of our services and products and create compelling copy that would draw leads to our website.
• Improve the SEO of our website
• Improve the conversion rate and click through to our website
• Improve the open rate of email campaigns
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for each quarter
• Increase engagement in social media platforms

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic team-player; who has an eye for detail, excellent written communication skills, and a person who has a professional and courteous style. They will need to be curious, focused on the outcomes, and very pro-active.

As we are a small company, we provide flexibility and keen to promote self-development. You'll get training in our systems and free enrolment into our training workshops where possible. We expect a strong work ethic, a customer-centric attitude, honesty and clear responsive communication throughout. We'll pay reasonable travel expenses but you'll provide your own laptop / phone and be mobile.

Qualifications

BA(Hons) in marketing
Relevant work experience.
