laidback london sandals are stocked in over 250 stores around the world including Anthropologie and Freepeople in the US.

With a view to grow our online business, we are looking for the right candidate to help communicate directly with our customers. To engage and share our story, to help grow the tribe.

Day to day maintenance and merchandising of our website, identifying improvements.
Define and manage the seasonal ecommerce strategy to drive traffic and sales.
Build and manage e-mail marketing campaigns and drive subscriber growth.
Manage social media accounts
Seek out influencer and brand collaboration opportunities
Analyse product performance, customer and site data using Google Analytics to improve ROI.
Copywriting, including product descriptions, collection headings and newsletter copy.
Oversee uploading of new season product, data and photography
Ensure product information, site UX and SEO (onsite and offsite) are optimised in order to drive sales
Work with external paid social agencies to optimise campaigns
Manage customer service team to ensure service levels and tone are consistent and of a high standard
Generate monthly reports


With an entrepreneurial spirit, the candidate should have experience in a similar digital role, preferably within the Fashion sector (but not essential), with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.

We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual with the drive to set and exceed targets. You will be able to work both analytically and creatively to ultimately drive traffic and increase sales.

Experience in digital marketing and technology, preferably for the fashion sector
Knowledge of SEO, Meta data and digital marketing techniques, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping, AdRoll and affiliates
Shopify, Magento or similar experience
Experience with Mail chimp or similar
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Working Photoshop/ InDesign knowledge preferred

Option to work remotely with 1 day a week at the office in Harrow.
Salary: Between £23k to £26k depending on experience.
