We are looking for a Content & Admin Intern to join us for a 4-month internship/work placement starting in mid-August/September.

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual with great writing skills.

Qualifications

Role description:
- Liaise with the Social Media manager by creating copy for some of the posts
- Liaise with the graphic Designer to ask for images for social media and for events
- Review articles that are sent by our Content Manager and add them to our website
- Perform admin tasks such as creating spreadsheets and template letters, organise documents and labels, etc
- Create events on Eventbrite and Facebook when requested
- Update information on our website (you will be shown how to do it)
- Monitor deadlines for other team members' tasks (via Clickup)
- Help managing, scheduling and maintaining our website's article and blog sessions

The ideal candidate will:
• Be organised and proactive
• Have a good understanding of social media
• Know how to find contacts within publications and to suggest/submit content
• Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English (it is really important that your written work is bullet-proof)
• Know how to use Canva, Photoshop or similar to design material is desirable
• Be creative and happy to put forward ideas for press releases, posts, competitions, campaigns and more
• A good knowledge of basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Gmail etc.)
• An interest in Interior Design is beneficial but not essential

*****VERY IMPORTANT*****

You will be required to work remotely (from YOUR HOME), 10h per week on average (depending on your speed).

A meet-up once a month may be required.

This position is UNPAID for 4 months.

We are happy to liaise with your University to make sure your work placement is valid towards your education program.
