We are looking to fill an internship role for a Fashion brand startup with an interest in women’s rights, feminism and social issues.

This new brand is developing a fantastic first collection, mostly aimed at the US market but with a worldwide appeal that could be developed.

We are looking for an intern to take charge and develop the social media presence of the brand, engage likeminded women on Instagram, Facebook and twitter, build a following, research, create engaging posts, monitor responses, grow the following and occasionally promote new products.

Should you also have an interest in Fashion, the brand would also be interested in hearing your ideas, opinion on designs and any suggestion you may have.

The role will involve:

- Assuming full control of our social media activity
- Contributing with your own ideas to our social media strategy
- Growing social following
- Researching topics and preparing posts
- Researching influencers, finding opportunities and engaging their followers
- Taking part in discussing new designs and suggesting ideas for new products and collections
- Generally speaking, helping the brand develop.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, hard-working and social media crazy individual, coming in with fresh ideas and the drive to excel.

You would need to be happy to work unsupervised, and be self-motivated and results driven.

The role could be on any time basis, depending on the preferences of the suitable candidate.

In addition, the duration of the role could extend if the internship is proving to be mutually beneficial or evolve into a job offer.

Studies / degree in sales / marketing / new media or related subject is preferred but not essential.

The role would suit a candidate who wants to get hands on experience of a wide variety of skills and responsibilities in a start-up environment.

An interest in Fashion and Feminism would also be a great asset.
