We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/PA to join a long standing and highly reputable accountancy practice in the city. The Office Administrator will oversee the day to day operations of the physical office space. The ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize competing needs effectively will be critical for the role. This person must be proactive, solutions-focused and have a can-do attitude.

What you will be doing
Answer phones to direct calls or provide information
Receive deliveries from FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
Sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
Inventory and order materials, supplies, and service
Researching information and updating the company database
Photocopying
Organizing Spreadsheets
Day to Day running of the office management tasks
General ad hoc admin duties
P.A work for the director

Qualifications
