We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team in Central London office.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the first point of contact when it comes to arranging and scheduling business meetings and travel, responding to personal ad-hoc requests and covering admin/reception duties when required. We need a person who is efficient and skilled in time management and who can autonomously set their working priorities in order.

Fluent in English. Strong written and spoken proficiency is a must;
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
Should have very strong organisational skills and be able to give attention to detail;
Able to multitask and set priorities;
Good computer skills;
Should have the right to work in the UK;

Duties and Responsibilities
Able to take on multiple responsibilities, including scheduling different meetings and arranging travel as well as managing concierge service duties;
Managing diaries and organising meetings;
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation as well as fulfilling other ad hoc requests;
Cover for administrator and general admin work when required;
Other ad hoc duties as required.

Salary: from £22,000 to £25,000 depends on experience
