We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling sales inquiries, qualifying prospects, setting up calls, managing follow up tasks and closing sales.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting through emails, telephone calls and social media.
• Work closely with your Marketing Colleagues to build and execute lead generation campaigns across international markets.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to match them against our capabilities
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives or sales engineers for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned areas of responsibility
• Work with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects as part of qualifying the oppor
• Will suit an energetic, confident team player that is keen to succeed
• A good understanding of the Challenger Sales Model and how to execute it in your role
• Flexibility to work occasionally out with normal working hours, to handle inquiries or video calls with sales prospects in Asia and the Americas
• Strong phone and video call presence
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Web presentation tools
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Work as a key member of a small team
• BA/BSc degree or equivalent
