A person with Events Management background is required to work for an Events Management & Marketing company in London.
Our company hosts a lot of events for the Hair & Beauty industry so you'll need to have a growing passion for beauty, be professional and very presentable.
You will work alongside the team to support with current and whilst planning future events.

The role is an internship/work experience position only, so no salary is offered at present except Travel Expenses & Lunch will be covered (£100 F/Time or £50 P/Time); however for the right candidate it could lead to a paid permanent position (after 6 months, time by which you should become a valuable asset to the company).

-You will receive upto £100 per week on Expenses plus Commission & Bonuses on achievements, plus Vouchers of upto £200 per month to Hair & Beauty Salon.



Ideal Candidate:
- You'll need to be self-starter, multi-tasking individual with strong organization skills.
- It requires someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls
- A person who can work independently using great initiative and creativity
- With a growing passion for events and working in a fast pace or multi-functional company.

Duties will include:
- Organizing and maintaining the logistics of the event as planned
- Making calls to sponsors, delegates, press and other stakeholders of the event
- Replaying to queries relating to events at hand or future events
- Sourcing out venues, Suppliers and items required designated events
- Liaising with other members of the events, clients, and suppliers
- Dealing with press queries and queries from other stakeholder
- Conducting research on the internet and outsourcing key information
- Preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf
- Keeping the score in the office in terms of Plans, Targets etc
- Writing blogs, newsletters and ever so often reports
- Updating the company's websites and Social Media pages with events details
- Plus other Event Co-coordinator related duties
