Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 up to £28,000 OTE

Role: Business Development Account Executive (Creative, Digital and Marketing Services Sectors)

About Angsana

Angsana are a DBA accredited new business development agency, based in Covent Garden, specialising in the creative, digital and marketing services space. We are experts in lead generation and helping our clients win new business. We use a combination of telemarketing, research and email marketing at the sharp end of the business development process, to set-up meetings for our clients with senior decision-makers of brands and companies they want to work with.

Our clients are typically branding, design, digital, PR and advertising agencies and they range from independent owner-managed businesses to global network agencies.

We’ve been around for over 13 years and have earned a respected reputation in the industry as an agency that consistently delivers results for our clients.

Qualifications

The role

We are looking to recruit bright, ambitious and motivated graduates to join our creative, friendly and fun Central London office; graduates who want to develop a career in Marketing, Sales and Business Development. You will have the opportunity to work with senior directors of some of the world’s best creative, communication and digital agencies to help them achieve their new business objectives.

Our office environment matches that of many of our clients with relaxed dress codes and a collaborative approach where we help each other to deliver successful results. You will get excellent on-the-job training with a clear scope for progression at Angsana, as part of the development process.

Some of the skills required for the role are:

Phone based lead generation and appointment setting experience preferred but not essential
Excellent phone manners with good writing skills
Previous account management experience beneficial
Understanding of the marketing industry
Self-motivated as well as enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
On-the-Job Training provided to candidates with good attitude and willing to learn
