Reports to: Senior Account Manager and Account Manager

What will you be responsible for?

Client and Project Administration

• Support the client services team to deliver great work, by making sure projects are well-run and of a high quality.
• Work into the internal finance system. Input estimates and new jobs, run financial reports and send out invoices – so we can stay profitable.
• Have a keen eye for detail, keeping project filing up to date and clear.
• Help out with client meetings and calls – from managing diaries and logistical requirements, to helping us prep for the meetings themselves.
• Keep the projects on track and internal paperwork in order.
• Chip in and take part in internal project meetings, ready to write up notes during and afterwards.
• Speak to and brief suppliers on project requirements.
• Find the information, materials and research for projects as we need them.

Communication

• Support the consultants/designers/client managers/directors to develop compelling, professional presentations and client meetings.

Business Development

• Help the new business team on research for presentations and pitches.

Knowledge

• Get to grips with the main tools necessary for the job – like our finance programme and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Build up a working understanding of the technical processes for producing and delivering client work.

Qualifications

What experience do you need to have?

Essential

• Confident and comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Keynote.
• Basic understanding and a keen interest in design, branding and marketing.
• Clear communication skills – both in person and in writing, with excellent attention to detail.

Desirable

• Knowledge of branding/marketing/design/communication.
• Good understanding of the design process (software, formats, artwork specifications).
• Basic understanding of strategic branding and marketing research.
• Previous agency experience.
