Hi there!

I just want thank you for giving your time to an amazing cause to help other people in greater need than yourself. We aim to assist children both from birth (Lady little Bird, Dragon Fly Club) up to adolescence (The L.A.B) straight to adulthood (Food Bank and BFG - Barrys Furniture Giant) and ultimately an elderly home.

Our founders have a seed of passion imbedded in their hearts from past experience to help people of all ages; all walks of life but have the sole intention to better themselves.

All our founders are testimonies of pain, agony and hardship but are each determined in building an empire based on mental wellbeing, financial prosperity and euphoria.

We are ready for the revolution of charity to begin- we witnessed how many people came out to clap for the NHS... We want people to put the same energy into assisting the less unfortunate children, teenagers, the elderly, and adults who are going through rough patches.

We also want to introduce an app available for people to dial in assistance.

Part-Time/Full-Time Hours: 5-40 per week

Executive Assistant / Project coordinators oversee small parts of a larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks. The purpose of this role is to support the effective management and directors of Yellow Dragonz Foundations. Also to act as a representative of the organisation.

Attention to details even under pressure
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Experienced managing/updating projects
Experience in calendar management, billing / invoicing and expense report management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality
Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

Experience in the Charity sector needed.

Qualifications in Charity will help.
