Description: OVERVIEW: Digital Natives is a creative content agency based in Netil House in East London. Our rapidly growing tribe of strategists, creatives, designers, editors and account managers work together to produce exceptional content for global brands, covering FMCG, fashion and beauty. We are seeking a talented designer to join our dynamic team! Working closely with our Senior Art Director, the designer will be responsible for visualising creative ideas and seeing them to fruition. The right candidate will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for everything digital – from design through to innovations in the digital realm. ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES: - Attend and contribute to team brainstorms and proactively develop ideas and visuals out of those meetings - Devising creative ideas for a variety of accounts. - Maintain and update social media and company website as needed - Create assets from scratch, including lock-ups, infographics, campaign collateral, digital and traditional media - Create and format outstanding pitch decks and other proposal documents - Image selection and retouching - Reinforce and justify design decisions to clients based on experience Qualifications – Solid working knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator etc.) and motion graphics. Video editing and photography experience would be a bonus! – Digitally fluent with an excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends – Strong time management skills, prioritising tasks and coordinating others to ensure deadlines are met – Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative spirit – Ability to integrate easily, working with a variety of people as part of a creative team – Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment – Ability to work across different projects simultaneously – Ability to set own tasks as to collectively achieve team objectives – A razor-sharp eye for detail – Be receptive to constructive criticism – A solid understanding of design best practice – Experience in a design studio or agency. – Commercial awareness of the market and understanding of how an agency works
