Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, your Internship will be an exciting hybrid role spanning HR Operations and Projects. You will also have an opportunity to build some knowledge supporting our recruitment team. Your role will primarily be part of our EMEA HR Operations team and work very closely with one of our HR Generalists – also your buddy whilst you are with us - supporting our UK&I Region comprising circa 350 employees.Our EMEA HR team supports a growing business across over 20 countries and 1000+ employees. Our Internship will offer you a variety of HR experience including international exposure enabling you to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced environment. Your Typical Day May Involve: • Hands-on HR Operations administration role supporting the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for our UK & Ireland region. This will give you experience of our HR systems and processes as well as opportunities to research and support policy development work. • During 2020 and 2021, this role will participate on some key projects, including supporting the digital transformation of HR services and also supporting local and EMEA Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. • Coordinating Chertsey site events associated with our BeF5 programs and Global Good initiatives. • You will have an opportunity to work with the EMEA Recruitment Team, including recruiting coordination and supporting our hiring activities in 2020 for our 2021 Intern Program.
