Description: Localise is an exciting and award winning tech start up launching later this year in the UK. Having recently closed our seed funding round during Lockdown, we need some savvy interns to help us across our social media platforms in spreading the word about our awesome new product.
About us: Localise is an online community where local trade unites with the conscientious shopper. Our social media based platform provides independent retailers and small business owners with the technology to present their products and services directly to an engaged audience of local customers, maximising footfall and driving online sales. We utilise an inbuilt micro-influencer model which rewards our users for shopping locally and recommending independent retailers to their followers. Localise's objective is to build a trusted digital marketplace which provides a sustainable foundation for local independent businesses to flourish.
Localise requires a number of interns to work under the social media / marketing manager and assist on a number of social media and marketing based tasks. All tasks will be aimed at promoting Localise and trying to achieve downloads of the app.
If you are social media savvy and think you would be able to communicate effectively using our organisational tone of voice (In line with our brand proposition) we may have something for you to do.
