Description: Intern Project Manager Interested in getting a flavour of the MarTech sector and gaining new and transferable skills? Join us for a 3 month work placement. We are a growing market-leading self-serve digital research technology company. Our platform is mobile-first, with seamlessly integrated Qual and Quant data collection, insight community, AI and analysis technology. We are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike. We work remotely with ad hoc central London based office days and do our best to keep everyone connected with daily meetings and social get-togethers. The Position: We have a short-term unpaid work placement position to work alongside our experienced researchers and project managers in our customer success team. During your placement you will have exposure and experience in the following: • Learning the company software packages QuMind, Hive, Hubspot • Learning the project cycle - Setting up and organising the ‘Kick off’ meetings, liaising with complex scripting, testing survey links, sampling techniques, top-line data checks, fieldwork progress, checking data tables, project administration • Assisting with the day-to-day running of Panel Communities • Learning about managing client relationships • Taking part in brainstorming and putting own ideas forward You will be supporting the customer success team with a number of tasks. This list gives you an idea of what to expect but its by no means exhaustive. What we can promise is that it will be varied and you will learn loads in the process! • Liaise with clients and suppliers • Assisting with the scripting of surveys • Contribute to the project and panel kick of, progress and delivery meetings • Check project cycle is running to deadlines • Data quality checking (e.g. soft-launch checks, testing survey links) • Troubleshooting issues in the project cycle • Monitoring and reporting on key statistics from live and completed projects • Scripting surveys • Assisting with content (polls, forums, images etc) on panel communities • Assisting with helpdesk queries Qualifications/Requirements: • Thinking outside the box • Love solving problems • Having and sharing a point of view • Sharing your ideas • Attention to detail • Excellent Microsoft Office and G Suite skills • A set up that enables home working (access to PC/internet, ability to attend zoom/google hangout meetings Follow this link to see what previous interns have had to say about their placement with us: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6815951974425616384 PLEASE NOTE.
