Description: We're looking for a talented, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our team. We are a young start-up Boutique M&A Investment Firm that is focused on supporting the growth, & acquisition of private SME companies, across the UK. Job Description: Working closely with the founder, you will develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme). Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective track marketing performance. The primary focus of the role will be the following: - Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme) - Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO - Track marketing performance - Monitor and report on competitor activity Responsibilities & Duties: - Create awareness of and develop the brand - Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships - Create a marketing Strategy - Direct marketing Campaigns - Support Managing Director in delivering agreed activities - Source Marketing opportunities - Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts - Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns - Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts - Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement - Help organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and online & offline exhibitions - Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials - Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups - Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. WE OFFER: Potential future career opportunity. Travel expenses covered for days of work (within London & Remotely). Based on the working hours of 10 am – 5 pm for the 2-4month period. Qualifications Skills Required: - Must have excellent written English - A strong interest/Passion in marketing - knowledge of social media channels - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organisational skills- Drive and self-motivation - Commercial awareness - Open-minded with a willingness to learn. - Proven copywriting skills - A creative mind- Eye for detail - Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns - Flexible approach to work - Ability to work well under pressure - Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships - Numeracy skills- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
