Description: This role is your chance to work from home with a leading tennis brand looking to expand their team. - A little bit about us; Top Tennis Training is an exciting venture set up by two former tennis pros that have become the world’s largest online tennis coaching platform with 120 million views and over 600k followers across our social media. We specialise in selling online tennis courses and hosting luxury tennis holidays and clinics worldwide. - Now onto you; this varied role is about supporting TTT growth by finding new innovative ways to break into new markets and grow our audience. Business development within the UK by building partnerships with tennis coaches and clubs, leveraging our existing brand and relationships Geographic expansion into new markets by translation of our existing content and new country launch strategy Improving existing social media strategy to increase fan engagement, for instance by sourcing influencers and negotiating partnerships Engaging with fans on social media by creating new original content and posting it on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Strategy and implementation of paid media and user acquisition strategy, financial modelling and investor communications Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time), results-based bonus at the end of the project
