Description: We need an ambitious well organised, Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team, who enjoys sales. This is a split role which involves dealing with salespeople, Clients with regards the designs & customers. Also looking after the sales team with regards admin, invoices & the telephone dialer system. Experience in a direct sales environment or direct sales would be a distinct advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will have experience in the following: - • Must be detailed oriented with a proven ability to multi-task • Effective communication, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross-functional teams and departments • Must be a self-starter and effective time manager • Passion for customer experience and exceeding expectations • Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Basic research skills • Capable of working under time constraints and meeting tight deadlines • Quarter-end flexibility is required for occasional extra hours • Previously worked in a high-tech environment is highly desirable • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel You must also be: - 100% committed - Keen to learn & develop - A people person - A great communicator - Enthusiastic - Honest & Trustworthy
