Description: Enki London is a health and beauty online store founded in 2019, which promotes beauty, immunity and holistic health products with the focus on sustainability and quality. We are currently selling diverse health supplements in the UK and mainland Europe, and are searching for someone to help with our social media/ content creation/ marketing/ admin work. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about social media and highly self-motivated who is keen to take the initiative, has ideas and will not wait to be told exactly what to do. Ideally, you would be more than an active user of social media platforms. If you love beauty, health, design and are aware or have an interest in supplements and holistic health, this placement is perfect for you. The Role: - Content creation and curation for the brand’s social media channels - E-Mail Marketing Campaigns - Community management on social media - Potential Influencer marketing - Regular Blog Posts related to Health/ Beauty Topics that require own in-depth research - Research audience preferences and discover current trends - Be involved in diverse admin activities such as contacting suppliers on the CEO's behalf, liaising with partner companies, curating information on competitors, improvement of strategies Profile: - Ideally, UK based, but the job will be done remotely (as we cannot access our office space due to the Covid-19 restrictions) - Creative flair and an interest in the healthcare/ supplements sector - Strong written and spoken English skills (does not need to be native) - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva - Photo skills would be a nice extra but is not mandatory - Reliable, diligent, detailed What you’ll learn - Communication skills by dealing with external and internal personal - Exposure to all aspects of social media marketing - How to create new content by analysing successful posts - Scaling social media presence - An understanding of the healthcare/ beauty/ nutraceuticals industry - How to collaborate with external sectors - How to manage own time and work remotely in the new digital age The role requires 15h/ week. Ideally, you would work 3h/ day/ 5 days per week remotely. Times can be discussed to suit your personal schedule and the CEO's schedule, as you would be required to take regular Zoom calls. This internship role involves an initial trial of 1-4 months (depending on your skill level and level of commitment) that is unpaid. However, we are offering you free products from our online store, and we will also give you a promotional code to our store, which you can earn commissions on. Should you be able to place an order with a major health retailer or healthcare professional, we also pay you commissions on any commercial activity, as well as reimburse you for any costs associated with your work with us. If you are successful in the trial, you will be offered a permanent position within our team.
