Description: At the heart of Covent Garden in London, Angsana operates as a New Business Development Agency for over 13 years. We help companies to clearly define their new business proposition and proactively seek new opportunities through targeted lead generation and client relationship management. Using outbound marketing, email marketing and telemarketing techniques, we boost sales by getting our clients in front of the right people within qualified prospect companies. During your internship, you will join a research team in charge of the sourcing and maintenance of our data. You will be working closely with a team of sales professionals with several years of experience in the creative and tech space. Location: 5 minutes from Leicester Square and Covent Garden Stations 10 minutes from Charing Cross, Piccadilly Circus and Tottenham Court Road Stations Size: 20 employees Type of contract: Internship contract – 5 months minimum contract from February/March 2021 Please note that this internship will most likely start remotely, but we will expect you to work from our Covent Garden offices once the situation returns to normal. Compensation: Weekly Allowance of £125 Qualifications: We are looking for students with a marketing or business development background and a good level of English. Missions: Task A - Sourcing of decision-makers and budget holders for our portfolio of clients (External Business Development) and for Angsana (Internal Business Development). Sourcing of contact details for our email campaigns. Our market research covers more than 20 countries across different sectors (FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, IT, Creative Agencies...). Bespoke Target Lists will support both our telemarketing and email marketing activities. Task B - Maintenance of our CRM system and client webmails The sales team needs to work with an updated CRM system in order to use the lists compiled by the research team. You will also learn how to look after our client's webmails/pipeline when supporting our internal email marketing efforts. The intern will learn how to use our CRM system Salesforce in order to insert data after each market research with the help of our internal tools. Task C - Create company profiles for our Management team before every new business meeting. These company profiles will include a full description of our prospects to leverage the capabilities of our research and sales teams. Task D - Management of the office supplies, expenses, meetings and credit card summary. Updating the expenses, meetings and credit card summary will be key for our Management team and Accountant. Task E - Update of our directory of brands and tracking of mergers & acquisitions across different sectors (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Financial Services, Tech...).
