The role is for an enthusiastic and charismatic person with a desire to learn about the real estate industry. By joining our work placement scheme, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team and directors. In turn, we will help you in opening doors to endless business opportunities in the London real estate market. You will be able to add this placement to your CV and will receive a personal reference and recommendation from the director. ABOUT YOU We do not expect you to come into this role with complete knowledge of the industry and this role. However, we do expect you to come into this role with a positive and proactive can-do attitude with a desire to learn. This is a key, hands-on role; we are looking for someone who is dedicated, organised and is comfortable in using their own initiative. You will need to be confident with a proven track record towards learning and applying new skills. As you will often be responsible for being the first point of contact for some of our clients, you will be required to have a professional telephone manner. We will ensure that you are delivered training from industry professionals to help you grow in this role. A Driving License is an ideal however not essential. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY • Data and CRM Management• Attending networking events to help build new and existing relationships; • Attending & Conducting sales and lettings viewings with new clients; • Canvassing the local area to build and develop new leads; • Answering incoming telephone calls and developing outbound lead generation skills • Research into the local area and developments; • Working with our supply chain to ensure all properties are to the utmost standard and satisfaction of our clients.
