The Lash Corp. is a training company, store and community for new and existing Lash Artists due to launch in over a month. Offering Online and in-person one-to-one training, with top-quality products as well as a free Membership. The Membership provides 'TLC' and third-party discounts, ahead of curve business tips, technique and product knowledge along with light entertainment in a TLC magazine, as well an amazing rewards scheme to recognise our members for their hardwork. Our tagline is 'Work Hard, Play Hard, Be Rewarded, Be Supported' and our aim is to create a community and culture that embraces all aspects of life and business and celebrates both. The job focus is on brand-awareness and e-commerce growth within the UK and I'm looking for a team member that wants an exciting and dynamic role that's hands-on, offering the reins for Branding and Social Media Marketing. This role brings huge possibilities for professional growth and learning and a real opportunity to get stuck in and expand your skills. Working with a start-up business means you really get to see and demonstrate the potential of your abilities, supplying you a true example of your success and skill from scratch for future employers. The right candidate must be - Aware of the latest design trends in branding and social media marketing. Aware of the latest trends in marketing techniques across social media and branding. Strong understanding of the social media landscape and experience managing social media comms for like-minded brands The job role - Social Media strategy and content creation, across all social media platforms, predominantly Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. Delivering communications that impact the business commercially. Provide design input for our website and product branding and content, ensuring content is of high quality, current and in keeping with our brand identity along with key KPIs for driving traffic to the website to increase sales. Bringing new ideas to the table in terms of Influencer marketing and strategy. Creating an outreach strategy, building relationships with Influencers and agencies for promotion and Businesses for affiliations for exclusive product discounts for our members. Research and reach out to new influencers on a regular basis in order to drive incremental relationships. Monitor success/failure of promotions and posts to deliver insight in order to improve marketing strategies Assisting in being the voice on social media including daily posts, live tweeting, responding and escalating as necessary on Facebook, Twitter, blogs and YouTube and staying engaged in the conversation Remain current on emerging technologies and social communities Remain current across emerging Lash trends and developments Build relationships with external brands and generate leads for prizes to give away across social media platforms to widen our audience base Conducting competitor research Keep up to date on competitor strategy Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask Great relationship building skills. Must be a people's person Understands and communicates effectively, to achieve the goals of the organisation Utilises self-motivation and initiative A very good eye for style and detail. Interest in communication and influencer marketing Interest in social media and analytics Able to use social media scheduling tools Highly organised and motivated Team player and ability to work solo, self motivated and accountable Work from home with a flexible schedule, possible for paid employment You’ll receive an end-of-internship report, detailing progress, successes, abilities and positive attributes
