We are a team of professionals with backgrounds in governance, business, organisational health and deep expertise in one or more areas, including behavioural science, executive coaching, risk & compliance and strategy consulting. Job Description To support the Organisational Health Advisory Practice and in particular the Inclusion & Belonging Solution Team on programme development and delivery, and lead on the delivery of engaging workshops and training programmes. This role requires a fresh perspective of the diversity and inclusion challenges faced by organisations, including policy, data collection and strategy. In a flexible and multi-faceted role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a team in delivering and designing creative and engaging solutions and research – and feel comfortable to challenge D&I norms. Responsibilities • Project delivery which may Include workshops and training programmes – (without making people fall asleep) • Co-ordinate the delivery of the Cultural Diagnostic Index Audit • Oversee key research around Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) trends and identify thought leadership partners globally, working closely with our Thought Leadership Unit. • Develop and source fun and insightful materials to engage our clients and those who attend our programmes • Work closely with Associates, Programme Manager and Events Manager to ensure cohesive content • Support on the delivery of internal Diversity and Inclusion strategy – (working for our culture) • Design and develop JEDI Toolkits – (get practical) • Be the Chief Co-ordinate for ARENA, our JEDI Network, working with our other partners the – (feeling organised?) • Ability to partner with our “Expert Leaders” (Associates) to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients • Collaborates across the organisation with top leadership, aiding in individualised strategy formulation for different projects and initiatives Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience • Person Specification • Expertise and passion in Diversity and Inclusion including in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following: ethnic minority rights and experience, LGBT+ inclusion or gender equality • Desire to seek out new content and develop new theories • Comfortable with ambiguity and change • Confidence to handle challenging situations • Easy-going personality and sense of humour with the flexibility to adjust workload in a rapidly changing environment • High-level critical reasoning skills • Strong work ethic • High intellectual curiosity with a “constant learner” mentality • Able to grasp, synthesise, and clearly communicate complex and nuanced information • Strong rhetoric in writing and/or speaking, complemented by very articulate use of English (verbal and written) • Can work independently and take initiative • Can manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and priorities with close attention to respective deadlines • Experience working at a Fortune 500 and FTSE 350 organisation would be an asset • At least 2-3 years’ experience in related roles would be an asset • Strong organisation skills are a must to ensure that all tasks are completed by the appropriate deadline • Strategic and creative thinker, result-driven, self-motivated and proactive • Have strong and innovative problem-solving skills, open and welcoming to change, and work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment • Preferable University qualification at the Masters level This job description is intended as a general guide to the scope of the post and is not intended as an exhaustive list.
