SUMMARY An exciting time to join a digital platform and prepaid card organisation, on an exciting digital transformation and growth journey. The company is focused on the UK, but part of a fast-moving and innovative international group which operates across 46 countries. In the UK, Edenred provides a mix of platforms and card solutions that help organisations engage and motivate their employees, drive sales through in-house and channel teams, and acquire customers. This proposition connects 20,000 client organisations and their 4m+ end-users with thousands of retail and merchant partners and their digital content. To help advance our market and customer insight and transformation and inform our go-to-market strategy and actions, and customer-centric developments, we are seeking an ambitious, intelligent, logical and inquisitive candidate. You will undertake important analysis on our Passion for Customer strategic project to feed insight and actions across our business. You will analyse the performance across b2b sales and marketing performance funnels and wider Go-to-market actions and analyse and identify trends and insight on user engagement with merchant content and our wider user engagement programmes. This is a great career starting / career-building role for the right candidate with exposure across a wide range of marketing, sales, and commercial subjects. RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake data analysis, insight, and reporting actions across a range of marketing, sales and wider commercial project areas, including: • Our ‘Passion 4 Customer’ strategic programme – undertake analysis of customer satisfaction surveys and wider source of customer insight and feed into the wider organisation, and support on the implementation and organisation of the wider change programme. • Competitor analysis & marketing intelligence actions via desk research and internal engagement with sales and marketing teams to ensure we have a strong external perspective to inform our sales, marketing and innovation actions. • Analysis of lead generation and sales conversion funnel performance feeding insight into the sales and marketing teams to drive action. • Analysis of end user engagement and purchase patterns on our offers & discounts platform, APP and marketing programmes feeding insight into internal teams and our externa brand and retail partners. • Analysis and use of data in Salesforce and integrated industry databases and provide support on Salesforce subjects. REQUIREMENTS This role would suit a graduate looking to start a career in a fast-paced international business. We are not expecting a full skill stack, as you are likely at the start of your career, but if you are able to demonstrate some understanding or experience of interacting with Office tech, digital or database tools, this would be useful.
