Description: U B H A I R UB HAIR lets you find the highest-rated hair stylist based on your chosen hair type, location, price range and your desired haircut. You can then book a visit to the stylist or even better, get it done at your own place at any time convenient to you! We are looking for a Social Media Intern to manage and grow our social platforms, you will report directly to our CMO, developing your skills across all social media and marketing platforms. They would be required to come to the office 1 day a week. The successful candidate will need to be creative, adaptive and attentive, in particular to new social media features and trends have a basic understanding of the beauty and hair industry particularly those famous on Instagram. Key Responsibilities· Research, set up and manage social media platforms;· Understand and stay on top of new and upcoming social media features and trends;· Understand the principles of each Social Media platform;· Apply our brand message, and appropriately reply to customers on Social Media;· Write and post frequently creative and interactive content across all social media platforms;· Engage and interact with the online community, creating campaigns that grab our client’s attention and increase brand awareness;· Monitoring and reporting on progress and key findings – what works, what doesn’t· Come up with new and innovative ways to ensure our social media campaigns are the best around.- Someone who is self motivated-Social Media expert, preferably in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and blogs (must know about using social media ads)- Contact influencers and maintain relationships with current influencers- Manage, create a calendar, insure implementation for influencer treatments and posts- Plan influencer event and media content creation opportunities- Create content for monthly specials - Send weekly newsletters with current clients on new services and specials - Excellent written and communication skills Qualifications Requirements Person Specification· Experience using social media, with an understanding of social media principles;· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;· Strong verbal and written communication skills;· Top-notch social media skills - and a good sense of humour! · Proactive thinking, going the extra mile · Ability to multi-task and work independently;· Confident in using Microsoft Office;· Self-motivated, creative, hard-working, and able to work in team.
