Description: Fertility Help Hub is a leading fertility community and lifestyle platform, generating daily content to our readers to help them holistically on their fertility journey: www.fertilityhelphub.com Looking for a highly motivated, creative and switched-on team member, who is proactive, uses their initiative and comes with experience. Must be familiar with all social media trends to help drive our extensive social channels forward, via increased engagement and following. Strategic and creatively minded, understanding the latest platforms and trends for the target audience of those struggling to conceive. Work closely with Eloise on a daily basis, to strategise community building, engagement and email newsletter list growth via killer content and through mini campaign bursts. Must be tracking competitors to help come up with innovative and fresh ideas, to make FHH stand out from the crowd. Brainstorm video content ideas, reels, IG lives, webinars, events and more. Help bringing a mentorship scheme for app members to life. Needs strategy and consideration. Key areas to help with include: • Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok • Driving website traffic globally (with key markets to target) • Newsletter building globally (with key markets to target) • Getting more people into the community app on a daily basis through mini campaign, events and killer content • Events to bring in subscribers / traffic • Podcast collaborations and uploads / analysis • Create reels for social media to drive content engagement, such as clicks from social media to read content on the website. • Competitor analysis / trends Contact companies to discuss collaborations and offers for the ‘SHOP’ section of the new website. Excellent 360 start-up exposure in the digital landscape, and the ability to bring ideas to the table and track growth. Learn what’s working, optimise based on that and see what’s not working. Working on exciting new global campaigns. This is not a paid opportunity, however it comes with a great deal of experience, autonomy and 360 exposure. You will receive a great reference all being well and it's flexible.
