BPIC Network is looking for a Talent VA to help drive our mission to ensure diverse talent has the opportunity to thrive in the construction sector and contribute to a more inclusive built environment. To start this will be a part-time role with the opportunity to develop and grow. BPIC Network is an innovative and proactive talent consultancy based in London. Our mission is to positively impact inclusion and diversity in the built environment. Our work focuses on breaking down barriers to opportunities for industry students, graduates and founders who are underrepresented in the sector. We do this by creating the link between individuals and organisations to proactively address inclusion through strategy, talent services, advocacy, training and mentoring. We are looking for a Talent VA to: Identify and secure job opportunities within forward-thinking companies and organisations. Attract and support candidates and then successfully match them in those jobs in return for a fee. (Training To Be Provided) ●Develop documentation and complete administrative tasks Match suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve candidate aspirations ● Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards Manage inbox and database of clients and candidates Responsibilities: 1. Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals: ● Evaluate job descriptions and develop copy ● Develop client relationships ● Attract candidates using all appropriate methods (e.g. our marketing, social channels) to satisfy requirements ● Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently ● Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies ● Understand and meet agreed KPIs 2. Develop and manage client/candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards ● Ensure that candidates and clients receive a professional service at all times ● Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates and clients ● Conducting regular service reviews with both clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement 3. Operate in line with BPIC Network values: ● Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database ● Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice ● Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities Person specification: Essential: ● Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities ● Tenacious and resilient ● Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives ● Problem-solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills ● Attention to detail ● Time management and organisational skills Desirable ● Customer-focused approach ● Understanding and or experience of the challenges faced by diverse candidates ● Understanding of recruitment practices ● Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems Skills and Qualifications: ● Good verbal and written communication skills ● ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills ● Organisational and planning skills Experience: ● Experience of a customer-focused and or sales role ● Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships BPIC Network is an inclusive employer.
