Company Description Blacksswan is an online talent marketplace solution that leverages processes, people and platform to directly source compliance, regulatory and risk management experts for hire via our platform. Job Summary • Creating inspiring content using SEO best practice to generate traffic to the company website with a focus on growing leads and subscribers • Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) • Prepare well-structured and interesting content in a range of engaging formats, including email, social media, blogs, eBooks etc. • Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling • Excellent attention to detail. Proofreading and editing all content prior to publication • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas • Work closely with SEO from the content briefing stage to page publication to ensure content is fully optimised • Working with set deadlines, targets and KPI’s • Reporting: Utilise Google Analytics (& other tools) to evaluate traffic patterns within the website, ensuring appropriate tracking & management systems are in place • Using data to monitor and analyse the results of all activity and present recommendations for improvement, changes or content gaps • Ensure all-around consistency with the brand guidelines (style, fonts, images and tone) • Pro-active, resourceful and a good team player Skills and competencies • Excellent writing and editing skills • Experience in undertaking research using multiple sources • The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively • Strong project/time management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO and web analytics and a good understanding of SEO best practices. Due to the current restrictions; you’d be required to work remotely possibility through the end of the year. To do so, you’ll need a PC or Laptop; a quiet and practical working environment (no noise or distractions); and good internet connections. Blacksswan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
