We're a new startup and we're looking for volunteers who want to build portfolios and gain real experience in Digital Marketing Management. Please send your CV. About us We're brand new, with lots of ambition to disrupt the PR industry. If you join us, you will build your portfolio so you can show potential employers you're a go-getter who doesn't sit around doing anything, you look for opportunities to gain experience and explore your creativity and technical knowledge in digital marketing management. You're proactive in building your future career - and you can build your portfolio while still working (if you're doing a job you don't really like but it's paying the bills). Responsibilities: Bring new ideas to create content for our social media, including videos, blog posts and general posts on Instagram, Youtube, Blog, Linkedin; Manage the digital channels to improve its “look and feel” so all social channels look attractive and generate more signups; Manage the creation and promotion of blog posts; Manage the process of creating content: liaise with graphic designer, video editor and (text) editor; Manage video creation from idea to release: come up with ideas for content, organise film shooting, send videos to editor, promote the video on social media; Use Google Analytics to track clicks and sign ups; Liaise with Facebook Ads Specialist to track and report campaign running; Manage links and sign ups, report which email campaigns are working, monitor social media sign ups; Manage email campaigns, track clicks, monitor sign ups, report and suggest changes to improve campaign; Maintain product and market knowledge; Analysis and keep abreast of market trends; Use content to continuously drive effectiveness, improvements and efficiencies through the end to end customer journey; Identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new content on an on-going basis; Work with customers and internally to define and refine content requirements; Support innovation development and new digital revenue streams; PS: We run to different projects: High Profile Magazine (https://issuu.com/highprofilemag/docs/rainha_elizabeth_ii) and The Best of Brazil Awards (https://www.bestofbrazilawards.com/). There is 1 position for each project. We're looking for students/graduates who’d like to build their portfolio and showcase their digital marketing management skills while finishing university, or for graduates who want to have an opportunity to build their portfolio. This is a volunteer opportunity for 3 months. Graduates or about to graduate marketing / creative arts students (or any subject where you use your creativity to create content); You know how to create content - you have your own blog or Youtube channel (or any other portfolio where you created content); You don’t need to know how to edit a video, or graphically design images but you need to have an eye for good design and understand what makes a good video or image; Ideal candidates will also be able to write copy (good text!); Understanding of SEO and content strategy development to drive natural search; Ability to work under pressure; These are VOLUNTARY roles that can be done alongside other work/studies and can be done from home. Full online training and video calls will be done to train you and help you accomplish results. You don't need to have any work experience to volunteer but the following should apply to you: - English is your first language; - your writing is second to none - your grammar and writing skills are 5-star quality! - you are available, committed and dedicated to complete the 3-month volunteering; - you are a graduate (or studying as an undergraduate) in PR, Social Media, Marketing or any other discipline that has helped you gain social media skills; - you are dedicated to learning, punctual, committed, responsible, friendly and confident; - 3 months (minimum commitment - the number of hours is up to you (as long as you help achieve the goals of the project); TO START 20TH OF AUGUST If you understand that this is a voluntary role, please apply.
