Job Specification
We are looking for a Studio Management Assistant to help assist with the management of our creative studios. Studio Management Assistants are usually in creative media agencies where they oversee, support, and manage creative studios such as music, photography, videography, and podcast studios. They understand all of the elements of the studios they have been put in charge of including how to operate equipment and handle bookings between different clients and the company they work for. This role doesn’t require much experience as we will train successful applicants on how to use both equipment and manage booking processes. Responsibilities 1. Managing the day-to-day running of the Creative Studios; managing all studio-related operations. 2. Ensuring studios are left in a clean and tidy manner after each booking and ready for the next incoming booking. 3. Processing payments for overtime or any extra time customers may require. 4. Management of bookings calendar to ensure the entire team can see all bookings taken on. 5. Ensuring all equipment are handled with care by customers and assisting customers with the use of equipment. 6. Ensuring all customers adhere to COVID-19 policy. 7. Ensuring all consumables are replaced and where they have run out liaise with the Senior studio manager on scheduling orders for replacements. 8. Ensure customers have a great experience. 9. Marketing, promotion, and advertisement of the studios and various services provided. 10. Providing line managers and superiors with ‘out-of-the-box” thinking of how to boost sales and income for the studios.Js, engineers, and IT staff. You'll make sure that shows run as planned and that they're tailored to key audience demographics. You may also be responsible for the business and commercial management of a programme.
