Description: We are a newly formed and fast-growing media start-up, founded by an ex-executive marketing director of enterprise SaaS organisations and also in a Global Oceanfront Real Estate brand. Our mission is to disrupt the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry by breaking down and delivering easy to understand marketing services to our target audience, using a lifestyle and strategy-focused approach. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join RevOps Media’s fast-growing core team. This role will be responsible for developing and posting quality content across all social channels that align with ongoing campaigns. It is a part-time 6-month internship with the possibility to turn into a paid + bonus role where you are able to work at your own time as long as you are fulfilling the tasks set out for you. Job Description As a Graphic Designer you will be working collaboratively with our marketing team to deliver a huge variety of brand, commercial, and editorial creatives to position RevOps Media as the disruptor in marketing services. You will also be comfortable flexing creative eye to build the image of RevOps Media and work across a broad range of output. You will produce brilliantly engaging multichannel designs for a variety of campaigns. You will help to bring the RevOps Media brand and creative platform to life while showcasing the RevOps marketing service offering through exciting, innovative and audience-led design work. You will work closely with all teams including assisting the entire marketing team keep within brand limits on all inbound and outbound channels such as Email, Web, Ads, Content, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Yelp, TikTok, and Google My Business. What you will learn or bring to the job • Gain an in-depth understanding of the Creative Team’s priorities and ways of working • Produce brand/commercial assets for all RevOps Media channels, including email, social, digital and DM Regularly review/update brand designs • Create GIF and social media assets • Create HTML mailers and mailer assets • Design and management of all publications • Design of company events invitations, promotion, presentations, stands and collateral • Create templates to be used by the publishers • Prioritising workload to deliver to service level agreements • Managing customer proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production • Working with the marketing team, briefing and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production and timescales • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites • Identify and address creative obstacles presented by advertisers • Identify and develop creative opportunities for advertisers • Edit and sub-edit RevOps Media creative asses in print and digital Who you are: • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud suite • Able to work across different areas (e.g motion graphics 3D animation, illustration etc) • Familiar with latest design trends • Clear understanding of preparing artwork for print and web • Good organisation and time management skills • Creative thinking • Has the ability to establish yourself as a ‘go to’ creative design • Not scared to pitch creative ideas • Able to work within a team or independently • A skilled communicator to get ideas across clearly • Skilled in selling your ideas in a fast paced environment • Motivated by the opportunity to build something from scratch, you're driven to deliver from concept to the finished product • You have an exceptional eye for detail, honed in a fast-paced, short-deadline working environment, as well as sound organisational and time-management skills • You love to work collaboratively to solve creative challenges The right candidate • Strong abilities in story and narrative telling through creative design for all platforms • Comfortable in giving creative direction and generally full of creative ideas • A highly self-motivated individual but also to work well as part of a team • Able to work flexibly and reactively to a high volume workflow • Organised with assets filing • Team player and understands the important of collaboration
