Job Specification
Luxome offers work experience to students, graduates, and young job-seekers who are interested in gaining experience in the Real Estate industry. During your placement with us, you will learn about working and business practices in the UK, gain valuable skills and insight into the real estate industry as well as relevant work experience to add to your CV and improve your career prospects for the future. The Intern will be a key member of the Property team, working out of our office at the Empress Business Centre on Chester Road, in south Manchester. You will support the Property Team in looking after the needs of our property portfolio and tenants. You will be fully involved in the day-to-day activities of the property management department, learning about every aspect of the property industry, from managing, letting, and sourcing properties in the UK. We are looking for someone with: A minimum of B2 Level English Aged 18 years or over Has financial support Is available for a minimum of 6months Ideally, you will: Have a desire and attitude to learn Have a strong work ethic with a proactive approach Be able to think on your feet with good problem solving Have good communication and customer service skills, especially having a good phone and email manner The ability to work independently as well as but also as part of an enthusiastic embracing team. Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines prioritizing effectively workload Compensation: No financial compensation Years of Experience required: No
