Description: At Sleepyhead Program we help people with long-term insomnia improve their sleep and fix their problem. We launched in the summer of 2020, just after the end of the first lockdown. And since then, it has been an incredible journey! We have helped changed the lives of hundreds of people. But this is was just the beginning. We want to go much further, and do things much better! And to help us, we’re looking for a talented and motivated design intern. About the role You will be working alongside both the product and marketing teams. Concretely, this would mean working on: - General website design aspects - Creating visual content for social media (Images, infographics, etc..) - Creating visual assets for our digital therapy - Working with our product team to improve the user experience About you We’re looking for someone with a high standard of quality and a clear eye for design but more importantly: - An understanding of the demands of working in a fast paced environment that is a start up. - An obsession with doing things right… for the customer - Not being afraid of making mistakes and learning from them, - Being curious, wanting to improving every day. The ideal candidate must first and foremost be entrepreneurial minded. You have the ability to work independently (meaning you can look for answers, and try to figure things out by yourself), and you can do so in a methodical and organised way. Must haves Obviously, you will be skilled with the likes of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design or other image creation tools. It would be great if you also had skills with: - Video editing - Audio editing - Social media - HTML5 Or an interest in marketing So what do we offer? A paid, 3 to 9 months internship. A fun, down to earth, working environment Office based for 3-4 days a week with 1-2 days working remote. Regular team socials, and regular Friday team lunches Basically you’ll be part of a great team, at a great time and you’ll be part of the success in every way.
