Description: We are looking for a positive, proactive Team Assistant for our office in Queens Park. Preferably someone on Universal Credit, as we are enrolled on the kickstart scheme. Duties include: Greeting visitors and contractors Signing for deliveries and collection dockets Sending out orders to clients and celebrity ambassadors Packing boxes to send to clients Providing hospitality for visitors / team (tea/coffee making) General administration tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning Weekly inventory checks of Company food supplies, stationery and bathroom supplies- ensuring all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary Keeping kitchen clean Working (and walking) our office dog – must like dogs! Assisting with social media Helping with our photoshoots Assisting at our events The office is located in the heart of Queens Park. Office hours 10-3pm Monday- Friday.
