Description: Role overview The ideal Admin Intern will assist our team on a day-to-day basis with behind-the scenes operations. An Administrative Intern is employed as part of an internship programme to gain practical experience supporting a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working with various platforms and tools to support business delivery. Administrative Interns work under the supervision of the CEO and carry out different tasks as assigned to them. They may be required to collaborate with other teams to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. To be considering this role you will be committed to personal development and interested in being part of a conscious team, providing service to its community through the creation of content and sharing of techniques to support soul evolution and life navigation mastery. Hours and days of work 6-10 hours/week One fixed team meeting/week Role Responsibilities Primary duties include As administrative intern you will be responsible for: - Managing the CEO inbox and forwarding messages to appropriate team members. - Manage Notion Updates from Team Meetings to relevant boards - Update Quick Drop to Relevant Board - Team meeting notes - Emma Notes - Management of the CEO appointment calendar. - Supporting client communications for the CEO. - Identifying new tools and opportunities for increased efficiency and success within the team. - Content creation (?) - Tool setup and management where appropriate. - Where new tools are setup, creation of onboarding process - Systematising processes with checklists and ownership or delegation as necessary Experience As Administrative Intern you will have; - Knowledge and prior application or experience in administrative duties within an organisation - Experience of calendar and diary management - Previous volunteer work is a plus. - Previous use of Google mail and applications such as Notion, Toggl, Active Campaign, Samcart would be beneficial Skills and qualifications As a successful Administrative Intern candidate you will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications necessary to perform you duties effectively, these include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Internet savvy. - Tech savvy - Quick to learn new things - Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business - Have good interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. - Customer service skills. - Candidates for administrative internships have usually completed higher education in business management or a related field.
